Vision trip - VOSH Canada team

"I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in His holy people." Ephesians 1:18 (NIV).

Some time ago we had the privilege of helping our dear friends of Canada in a medical trip which took place in La union in Zacapa here in Guatemala. We love this team of optometrists! They are a sign of God's love and service to the needy! they really are an inspiration!

Many people were treated and new medications and lenses were given according to their needs. Something very important to mention, is that they also performed many surgeries on the eyes! It was wonderful to see how people smiled at seeing well for the first time after so much time! We are very grateful for all the help that came from Canada! we love living experiences like this! And we pray that God will continue to bless their lives and continue to use them anywhere in the world!

Hace un tiempo tuvimos el privilegio de ayudar a nuestros queridos amigos de Canadá en una jornada médica la cual se realizó en La unión en Zacapa. Amamos a este equipo de opto-metristas! Ellos son una muestra del amor de Dios y servicio al necesitado! ellos realmente son una inspiración!

Muchas personas fueron atendidas y se les otorgó medicamentos y lentes nuevos de acuerdo a su necesidad. Algo muy importante a mencionar, es que también se realizaron muchas cirugías en los ojos! fue maravilloso ver como las personas sonreían al ver bien por primera vez después de tanto tiempo! Estamos muy agradecidos por toda la ayuda que vino desde Canadá! nos encanta vivir experiencias como esta! oramos para que Dios continúe bendiciendo sus vidas y los siga usando en cualquier parte del mundo!
